We trained from Manchester to Birmingham and I was going to work on this blog. Laptop buttons for this site did not work. I tried, I got Bill to try, and I tried a computer in the hotel. It worked on the other computers, so my lap top was definitely the problem. I told Bill about Mackeeper and that I had bought it to try and fix it. He said it sounded like a scam. I gave it up and I noticed I wasn't that good about giving it up, so I wrote to Kath who has been partnering me with my website and is a whizz. She has a business called OMG Solutions which stands for Oh My God transforming your computer ways. I need her for sure.

I have been a little challenged. When you and I were talking my laptop worked with the plus and now it doesn’t.
I ended up sending it to my gmail and then I used the computer at the hotel, flicking between gmail text and photos and the website. I completed one day 14 th June as we discussed. I am quite proud I got there with one day sizing photos and putting the print in the right place etc troubleshooting all by myself and believing I could do this. I can continue to do this on hotel computer or Bill’s laptop.
Two days ago I paid Mackeeper to clean up my computer. as they sent me a message. So I paid $250 and started to clean it up and the process took me to India, and they said Mackeeper was to see what the issue was? It is diagnostic. Bill now intercepted the process at this point and said it was a scam as I was now going to pay $700 to clean my laptop up.
So I told the Indian chap that was not going to happen. Then coincidentally I got spammed and now I cannot get into the website. It all occurred like the plus and getting spammed and Mac Keeper alert was related.
Quite proud of myself even though it was epic to use hotel website and change things on the website there. I was also blaming Bill throughout this process as I wanted to get my laptop working, and I did not want to admit I was wrong. You know I am attached to the blog to get it up and running.
I think it is my laptop as the hotel's works and so does his with the plus and it is only mine that doesn’t. I also have tried shutting it down and restarting it a few times.
Any of your computer literacy insight is welcomed.
I am seeing Lachie on the 11th July so could wait till then seeing as everything else on my laptop seems to be working although it is slow.
This is the page (below) in Mackeeper, which I have paid for and they sent this to me to alert me to clean up my laptop. It shows a lot has to be cleaned up! Maybe I have collapsed the not getting plus with getting this alert below like the two circles of what happened and what you have it mean and I am in the story? Your expertise is welcomed.

Bill, Lachie and Kath all said ditch Mac Keeper and take it in to someone.
I did and I really had to deal with myself. I was beating myself up that I had been sucked in by the guy from India and I had paid $250 for Mac Keeper. I wanted to be right that the guy could have been helpful. He wasn't and I was ripped off. Arggghh....
So I found a guy around the corner from the hotel and went to that guy. It cost me 60 pound and the laptop was all fixed in 15 minutes. Yay. He could not have been more helpful.
What I got is I wanted to be right, make Bill wrong, I listened to his tone before I listened to what he said. Impact on me is for most of the time around laptops and challenges I do not listen, I think I am stupid and can make especially Bill wrong. So apologies Bill. I am now listening to you as a miracle causing miracles, and I am that too.
